Frank Enea, Vice President
Accounting - Estimating - Project Management

While earning a BS Civil / Environmental Engineering degree from Lafayette College, Frank began working part time as an assistant superintendent for Irwin & Leighton, Inc., a general contractor boasting over 100 years worth of prominent projects in the Philadelphia market and surrounding area. The specific projects he helped oversee during this time were each on campus at Lafayette and included the conversion of a late 1800's gymnasium into a new psychology building and lab, demolition of an existing dormitory and replacement with a new alumni center, and renovation of the engineering building. Immediately following graduation, he was hired on full time as a project engineer and rose through the ranks of assistant project manager, and then on to project manager while working for clients including Target, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Princeton University. These projects had widely varying scopes of work and included major site development, demolition of a 30 story hotel in downtown Philadelphia, underpinning of two 1860's buildings to construct an underground utility vault between them, and a Target store on over 600 wood piles.
After three and a half years, Frank and his wife decided the time was right to pursue other opportunities in Durango, and he was hired by Dyerbilt Construction. As is inherently the case with a small company, he had a wide range of both field and office responsibilities at Dyerbilt while gaining experience in the residential market. That has continued on at ClassiqueBilt Development and Construction with duties as Vice-President encompassing all of the accounting work as well as a portion of the estimating, project management, and purchasing tasks. Frank also holds a Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders, and is the incoming 2012 president of the Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado.
