Annie Simonson
Design Consultant - Public Relations

Although she holds a degree in the Health Sciences field, Annie Simonson has found a match and experienced success in sales and marketing and public relations for a number of various projects. She aligned herself with her husband Doug, for over 25 years as together they founded Pinnacle Peak Realty in Scottsdale, AZ. The 225 agent real estate company was the primary marketing force for a large master-planned community in Scottsdale, which included three world class golf course developments: Troon, Troon North and Pinnacle Peak Country Club. As these projects emerged, Doug and Annie found a perfect partnership as he managed all acquisition and development, and Annie created marketing strategies and managed a team or professionals to introduce these new communities to Scottsdale.

In the role of developer/marketing specialist, Doug and Annie also became active in the building industry and managed the construction of a number of custom homes, and have built many homes for themselves within the projects. In their professional role with these communities, they found that their personal homes were often used as model/examples of construction standards in the area, and Annie soon found that her real passion was in construction design, floor plan creation, custom finish selection... and "theme design". With this passion for design and "staging", Doug and Annie found that the homes they built, often sold before they were ever actively on the market for sale. Annie found a strength in creating a living environment in the homes she managed that felt "comfortable" to a potential buyer. Her strengths also involve a love for people, planning special events and community involvement and these combinations provide a unique avenue for her to utilize her skills in design consulting and customer relations for clients of Classiquebilt.
