Trimble Crossing
Trimble Crossing is a mixed use project combining 64 patio homes and a much needed mix of retail and consumer based services in the heart of the Animas Valley. Planned and developed by Classique as a design build project we provided our very typical hands on value engineering through the design phase and then optimized the tenant improvements with a seamless custom tailored joint owner self perform/GC contract completion concept.
