As a responsible corporate citizen, ClassiqueBilt strives to protect not only the interests of our homeowners, but also the environment. That's why for years we've incorporated "green" building practices in all of our homes. Of course, the extent of these green elements--from energy efficient climate control systems to use of sustainable products--depends entirely on your desires and budget. For instance, you can request cost-saving Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency climate control systems, and replacement windows eligible for federal tax credits through 2010.

As the first NAHB nationally certified green builder to have a project registered in the Four Corners area, we offer environmentally sound products designed to increase energy efficiency, reduce pollution, promote healthier indoor air, decrease water usage, preserve natural resources, and reduce maintenance requirements
